Assembler – Mechanical Systems

Overview:
Elite Tool is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components, including subassemblies, in support of aerospace, commercial, and defense projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and systems according to blueprints, work instructions, and schematics.
• Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
