CNC Machinist – Precision Manufacturing

Overview:
Elite Tool is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain CNC equipment for the production of precision components. The ideal candidate will have experience with setup, programming (optional), and operation of CNC mills and/or lathes, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform in-process inspections and make adjustments to maintain tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain equipment and work area in accordance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Familiarity with Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
