Deburr Technician – Precision Finishing

Overview:
Elite Tool is seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician to support our finishing operations. This role is responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from machined and fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deburring, polishing, and finishing of metal components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Inspect parts for surface defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Work closely with machining and quality teams to maintain production flow and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in deburring or metal finishing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
