Industrial Painter – Coating & Finishing

Overview:
Elite Tool is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to apply commercial and government-grade coatings to fabricated and machined components. This role is critical in ensuring product durability, appearance, and compliance with customer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings such as primers, paints, and specialty finishes.
• Follow detailed work instructions and specifications for commercial and defense-related projects.
• Operate spray guns, booths, and other painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and adherence to coating standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred.
• Familiarity with coating systems (e.g., CARC, powder coating) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
