MIG/TIG Welder – Precision Fabrication

Overview:
Elite Tool is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our dynamic fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding components and assemblies to precise specifications using MIG and TIG processes. This role supports a wide range of projects, from small-part weldments to large structural platforms, primarily within aerospace, commercial, and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with AWS standards.
• Collaborate with fabrication and quality teams to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience.
• AWS certifications (D1.1, D1.2, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
